(1) If someone wants to construct a joint housing building for private use, he should file an application with the authorized officer according to Section 4 and obtain approval.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this Act, in relation to the operation, management and other matters of a joint housing building constructed for private use in accordance with sub-section (1), the provisions of other paragraphs except paragraph-2 of this Act shall not apply and the operation of such joint housing building shall not be applicable. It will be according to the agreement between the people who will construct the building.
